X-Ray Feet 1st This person is developing bunions. When the big toe sort of turns in and the second knuckle pushes out; causing pain and making it hard for feet to fit in shoes. Ouch! 2nd Before people knew x-rays caused radiation they had machines in shoe stores that you would use. You put on new shoes and stuck your feet in the machine then looked down into the viewer to see if the shoes fit well. My dad used one as a kid! Shoe-fitting fluoroscope. Look it up!
